I bought a abies fraseri fir tree, how often do i need to water it. It is approx 4ft high and is planted in the ground in its pot, look forward to a response, kind regards mark

Hi Mark and welcome to GoY. Why have you planted in the ground in a pot? It needs to be in the soil to grow properly and is going to push its roots out of the bottom giving you problems. Will need regular watering i.e. at least once a week. But do get planted into the ground.
