I use a long 2 prong hand fork or if in the lawn I treat them with weed killer

Thankyou all tips are appreciated, I hope to find one that works for me. At the moment I am snapping the heads off and am having difficulty getting the whole root. I'm also leaving holes in my lawn. Cheers

I do find spot weedkiller works in the lawn.

Thankyou, I'll check that out to, there are so many, when I think I've got them all, another batch appears. I wish I could live with them, the new heads remind me of the movie (Alien), using the leaves for salads, heads for wine and roots for roasting, ha ha. Cheers
