my bay tree was rterpotted last
summer, i live in stockport manchester. This winter 2011 was not as cold as 2010
my bay tree is dying, the leaves are wilting and brown, also brittle.I have fed it liquid food and watered it.
we have changed its postion
from the front of the house on a corner, to the back garden, a little more sheltered from the elements.

Hmm, well I don't agree with your statement that this winter was not as bad as the previous one - from a plant's point of view, it was a lot worse, positively arctic conditions by mid November for a long time, coming on top of a warm autumn. Possible the pot froze and this is the result, but you're doing the right thing to try to encourage it back to growth.
