You don't say what's wrong with it Mumtaz. Holes in pipes, leaking joints? You'll need to investigate and see what the problem is. Irrigation systems are not used a whole lot here, but without more info no-one will be able to advise.
If it's a homework assignment, you'll need to discuss the various ways the system could go wrong and what you'd do about each of them.
