Hello ,Can you help me with saving my chamaecyparis ewlloodii?It become brown as it is at the picture ?I suspect my German Shepard sprayed it several times.We had a bad winter as well.What can I do to help the plant to survive?

Hi Cazobg and welcome to GoY. The brown parts are not going to regenerate. In your shoes I'd dig it out and plant something else, making sure the dog doesn't spray on it! I don't think the bad winter has caused this just the dog spraying...
