I have a leylandii hedge that has brown streaks. What is causing this and how can I cure it?

It could be the fungal disease that is attacking Leylandii. Not much can be done and they will probably die eventually. It will spread from tree to tree so it may be best to remove and burn the offending ones if it is this disease. However, if it is only on the lower parts in the shade it will be lack of light.
