I have noticed on my two Prunus laurocerasus shrubs red spots developing on some of the leaves and then they start to turn yellow and drop, is this any thing serious or should I just leave them alone, I planted them three seasons ago and have grown well in that time, Thanks in advance.

Is this on the old leaves or on new growth? If on old leaves, then probably not a problem as even evergreens have to replace their leaves every year, just not in autumn as for deciduous plants.
