I'm puzzled as to why you want to grow them in a greenhouse, they're not difficult - press the seed into the soil but don't cover, start off in pots if you like, or put straight into the ground. They don't like high temperatures as plants, but grow naturally in Iran anyway, outside. Take about 2-4 weeks to germinate, depending on conditions.
