You shouldn't really reuse it in pots because of the risk of unwelcome inhabitants such as vine weevil, but if you want to risk it, add some fertiliser, such as Vitax Q4 or Growmore granules.

You can't but you can use it to mulch your beds or add to your compost pile/bin
