I've just started to chit mine in the conservatory and plan to get them into the tattie bags once they're a couple of inches long.
I've never grown tatties before so I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, I'm in Aberdeenshire - much colder than Cambridge I'm sure, but I'm hoping early/mid April should be fine.
I'm growing Roosters... what are yours?
