Two for the price of one

I've found a bargain deal for you this time. Two plants that I need identities for. First, the dominant one looking very healthy and green. Secondly, the poor relation skulking just to the left of it which I could give a bit of TLC if I knew what it was. If the phooto of the second one isn't good enough for identitification, let me know and I'll try to do a better one.
Regards
Bernard

The big one is a Hebe, the little one might be a small alpine, but you could have beaten us this time Bernard.

Andrewr where are you? I certainly don't think the big one is a Hebe and I am sure the small one in mot Comfrey.

The healthy green is Euonymus "Tom Thumb" often used as dwarf hedging instead of Buxus.
I am pretty sure the other is some sort of Agastache. Any chance of a better photo?

The large one is Euonymous I think. The other I cannot make out.
