The first thing to do would be to buy lots of 6 foot wide bean netting (the type with 6inch 'holes') and staple this horizontally to the fence. It becomes invisible from a few feet away and will save you hours of tying in. Then choose climbers such as Clematis, Actinidia, Winter and Summer Jasmine, Honeysuckle. The choice is vast!

Lots of supermarkets are selling cheap climbers at the moment - I've seen them in The Range and Morrison's. I'm sure the others will have them too.

How do I say thanks?
