Yes I think I would give it a tidy up and perhaps even a very light trim to stimulate some growth.

I trim mine lightly a few times each year and that seems to bring on the attractive red growths virtually throughout the year

It's amazing how much better things look if you give them a bit of a tidy up! A good job with tomorrow's sunny weather forecast, with a cup of tea!
