I have a Hibiscus which is in pot in sunny patio. It however has never bloomed. It is about 4/5 years old

These plants are notoriously fussy at times, but I wonder how big the pot it occupies is, what kind of compost you used and how long its been in the same pot?
By now it should be in a pot a minimum of 18 inches wide, preferably more, with a depth of 2 feet, and contained in a decent compost such as John Innes No. 3.
