Hi I have 2 troughs I put outside the front of my house with, new last year geranimums. I have wintered them under clear plastic sheets, on the rear shelterd patio.
They have gone brown and look dead, is there anything I can do to bring them back to life?

Not really, right now, unless you have a greenhouse or can bring them inside. You'd need to cut them right back to see if there's any sappiness or moisture anywhere - either that or take off the top growth, remove them from the troughs and if there's still root, pot them up and take inside until they start to show growth. Otherwise its just leave them where they are and wait and see if they show signs of growth by the end of March and cut back then.
