how to grow blueberry plants

Did you mean the bushes that actual blueberries come from, or the Japanese Blueberry Tree (Elaeocarpus decipiens)?

Easiest thing is to buy them, as growing from a seed will take about 3-4 years.

I bought 3 blueberry bushes, each planted about 3 metres from each other, to allow growth and for bees to pollinate them. They like acidic soil, so I put some pine needles around the base when I planted them.

You may have to fight with birds to get a good crop, but they do grow and taste fine if grown in the UK - plant them in a sunny position.
