I have just planted 300 box plants in a knot garden, I would hate io lose them to blight. Is there any spray I can use as a preventative measure

Welcome to Goy. You have certainly been busy and hopefully you will post photos of your knot garden. Feed the following link in to your browser to read what the RHS has to say about box blight.
