Last summer I had red spider mite on my climbing rose. Did not discover it until quite a lot of the leaves had turned yellow. I sprayed it but the roses did not really recover. Will it return this year? We had quite a bit of frost this winter. What should I do - cut it right down. Please would someone give me some advice? Thank you in advance.
