What is this Plant (Continued)

Anyone know what this plant is/Latest picture taken this morning. See previous question for more Photos. Since last picture the yellow flowers are starting to come out at the end of the red stems.The leaves are six to eight inches and are quite thick and feel a bit like felt

What you have there is Senecio petasitis, found it finally. It is otherwise known as velvet groundsell or Californian geranium and i found a link for you to check it out to see if I have identified it correctly. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/36649
