What weed/brable killers are suitable for permanent eradication on ground which will never be used for any kind of plant?

Is Sodium Chlorate still available? Otherwise any branded weedkiller for eradication of brambles.

Sodium chlorate would be best - I know its either been withdrawn, or is about to be, so check whether you can find it anywhere.

I use pathclear mixed with salt, it was the only thing that would kill the dandilions in our garden this year (we had over 200!)
