how do i care for my parrot plant

On the assumption you mean Impatiens niammensis, if you've had this outside for the summer, it isn't hardy, so will need to be brought into the house or a warm greenhouse for the winter. If you're going to try to keep it alive, keep it well watered, but don't leave it sitting in water for longer than half an hour, brightly lit spot, some winter sunshine beneficial, reduce feeding in winter, start feeding properly next Spring.
