You haven't said which variety of Hibiscus, but if you mean the hardy, outdoor one, feed in Spring with a general fertilizer such as Growmore, raked in around the base. Also benefits from soil enrichment, so a mulch of humus rich material such as well rotted manure or leafmould will be of benefit.
