I have just recived my trailing strawberries from my supplier.
I have planted them in a large pot do I put them outside over the winter to harden them up or do I put them into a cold greenhouse.
Same question for lions tail ( leonotis leonurus ) or do I plant them out in the garden.

Ray, I would plant you trailing strawberries in hanging baskets, you can keep them on the ground on large pots or buckets. Leave the Lions Tail in the pots, they will make better plants that way, you can move them into your cold greenhouse in severe weather, plant out in the spring.
