It is still a young plant. Have you pruned it at all? One of mine flowered in its second year another one produced 1 flower last year and nothing this. They were grown from seed in 2019. Dont over feed as they are usually found on quite poor soils, and excess feed makes it make more leaves.

Thanks SBG. No I've not pruned it yet except where it was growing over a path. I'll take note of what you say. It's a handsome small shrub anyway.
