Difficult to see that well but as a guess and could be late flowering due to the very cold winter; Lonicera x purpusii 'Winter Beauty'.

It does look a bit like one of the L frangratissima tribe.

Looks like winter flowering honey suckle. I’ve got one in my garden and the flowers look very similar.
