First, I would call around to your local garden centers and "box stores", and see if they have them available. If not, I would google them, though this is likely to get you sources of seed, not plants. Another possibility is to google bedding plant growers in Texas and neighboring states, and see if they have sold any to garden centers in cities near you. Worse comes to worst, you could substitute 'Majestic Yellow' pansies as a similar plant.
