Grown these for the first time this year .I'm assuming I cut the stems, hang them somewhere dry to dry out and then take out the beans, which could go in a jar ready to go in stews etc. Is this right?

spot on Rozalia & you will also be able to grow beans from your collected & dried bean harvest next year. Make sure the stored beans are perfectly dry & dont keep them in an airtight container, they need air even when dry. Paper bags are perfect for storing seeds. Well done & good luck.
