Is the dwarf nectarine Suni hardy? or would it be better to keep it under glas during the winter.

If its in a container, best kept in the greenhouse over winter, if in the ground and trained against a wall, cover with fleece to protect the blossom in early spring. Relatively hardy otherwise, though where you are, I'd imagine it gets pretty cold with lots of late frosts.
