That depends on the weather and temperatures! You could pick some and put them in a drawer with a ripe banana, that ripens them. I've also read that hanging a plant upside down will hasten the ripening - I hasten to add that I haven't tried it myself, but it was said by a reputable gardener!
I assume you've taken off the bottom leaves already, have you?
