my euphorbia fireglow has suddenly lost nearly all their leaves. Thre seems to be a kind of rust on the back of some. What should I do?

This one's an herbaceous perennial anyway, so will die back for the winter - if you think it does have rust, then clear away all fallen leaves as soon as they drop, leave none to overwinter there.
