I have quite a few seedlings of the blue one self-sown in my garden? Perhaps it's a seedling from one of the neighbours?

No neighbours with plants like that. Nearest gardening neighbour grows bedding out rather than perennials. He has only just begun planting shrubs etc.since we moved in.
We think this is Caryopteris Pink Sensation by the way.

You've solved the mystery Owdboggy but it is just like my pink Caryopteris which I love because it flowers now and bees love it. Hope you enjoy yours.
