My arum lilies produced lots of foliage and no flowers this year. This is its 3rd year and the first two years it produced spectacular flowers but this year none. Any ideas

The ferocious winter that the UK had this year probably damaged the bulbs somewhat, which often reduces or eliminates flowering. I would also check to see if they need dividing, which is likely after 3 years. If so, do that in late spring, I think.
