Indian Bean trees produce a long seed pod not unlike a runner bean.
I would assume you have to collect the seed and dry the pod until it cracks open and releases its seeds. Then plant as normal but be prepared to wait a long time
for germination.
Hope this is of interest - there a number of trees in East London near where the Regent Canal meets the Thames.
