Androsace septentrionalis 'Stardust'.
I bought this little plant with exquisite flowers last May and it flowered beautifully until the beginning of August, but then it just curled up and died. I thought that was the end of it, but, lo and behold, I have 7 tiny little new plants! They are a wonderful surprise. Please tell me how to look after them and bring them through the winter. Apologies if I've asked about this plant before but I can't find the question if I did.

is a link with some good info.
conflicting info some sites say its an annual others perennial.

good drainage for alpines is essential, they do not like sitting in the wet.
