Did you mean the variety of begonia named 'Betulia'? I'm not familiar enough with it to know the best way to propagate it, but I would try leaf cuttings first, in case it is a tuberous type.

Sorry Brian, Betula don't take as cuttings. They are either seed grown or grafted if they are a named form/variety.
