My Laburnum tree is two years old & is well shaped, it has a number of thin leaders coming from it. How short/long should I allow these leaders to grow without losing next years flowers?

If it is not out grown its space I'd leave it unpruned. then next year shorten straight after flowering. Welcome to Goy too Harold77
