What kind of soil suits Morning Glory? Does it have to be rich or less fertile in its condition?

I agree, they aren't fussy at all. Average soil is just fine, not too wet with plenty of sun. I never have to plant morning glories - the birds do it for me or the wind.

in my experience they are not fussy about soil. I assume you are talking about the annual ones? they do like full sun though.
