pyrocanthus plant been in for 3 years and still no berries if i am going to get any this winter should they be showing now

You should be able to see them by now ....
they do take a while to settle in and if you have a late frost it may kill the flowers off in the spring and the result is no berries or very few .... are you growing in full sun ?
