Don't water too much, otherwise the peppers will be watery and the flavor will be diluted. Too much water can also cause the peppers to split, not a good situation. Once per week should suffice.

Why do you want to debud? My pepper plants are so loaded, I need to add supports. Each pepper is going to be delicious and I look forward to each and every one. How many different ways can you enjoy a home grown pepper? How many stars are in the heaven? Just keep your plants happy and they'll keep cranking out delicious peppers all season long.
