I only grow Green Cabbage, our old friend. I grow it for the sole purpose of making Cabbage Rolls. My mom calls them galumpkis. Green Cabbage is the best for this dish, but it has many other uses.

Usually sown in mid summer and harvested from late autumn onwards.
