What does "semi-evergreen" mean.

I recently joined your site and had my first question answered within hours. Thank you so much! I've just bought a Solanum Jasminoides which is semi-evergreen according to the label. What can I expect the plant to do?

It means that in a mild winter it will keep most of its leaves. In a cold winter it will lose most of its leaves.
