i bought a climbing rose a couple of months ago, but it is not growing very well, i put it in a shady area, i've just read the label, & it said should be placed in a sunny position,so could anybody tell me when it is safe to replant it?

When it's dormant in the late autumn. You might want to prune it a bit, too, before you transplant it. Take the stems down to healthy buds.
