It could be a mountain laurel, but the flowers haven't fully formed in the picture.

Thank you for all your comments. Two of my customers have this growing in thier gardens. They both used the same plant company who put them in for them. One was told it was a photinia red robin and the other some type of viburnum!

I would feel more comfortable with that ID, if it didn't obviously have opposite leaves. Maybe Viburnum odoratissimum?
