My single begonias in window box have been wonderful .They are now looking a bit leggy! If i chopped them back a bit will they flower anymore?

Not necessarily - its a bit late in the season, they may not have time to put out new leaves and then new flowers before it gets cold if we have a cold autumn. On the other hand, if we have an Indian summer,then you'll get away with it.
