How do I get rid of red Lilly beetle? Tried spraying with bug spray but practically all of my Lilley flowers and leaves have been eaten?

also look for 1mm long red eggs under the leaf. squish them too.

You pick each one off by hand and tread on them. Then you inspect underneath each leaf for their offspring which look like poo (please excuse the description) and kill them as well. I found 14 in one day a few weeks ago and my lilies are untouched this year.
