Hi,is there a large headed petunia which does not need dead heading,the ones i grow need a lot of deadheading and seem to die back half way through the season.Thanks Chris

Not an upright one, but the Surfinia trailing ones don't have to be deadheaded, although some people do do it. I never do, and they keep going right up till autumn/winter with just feeding and watering... I stopped using upright petunias some years ago - I hate the way they get leggy and sticky as summer wears on, meaning you need to cut them back, and by the time they've recovered, it's already autumn...
