I have a chrysalidocarpus areca palm which has its leaves going brown on the ends waht is the cause please it has been outside in the good weather and watered in the growing season indoors in the winter just outside the conservatory

Dry air, hot sun, not enough water - I have one of these, but always indoors, and it will get brown tips very quickly if not watered well.
