If you mean plant the stones, sure! Put them an inch or two deep in good potting compost, and wait until next spring--they need the cold of winter to start germination. As bonsai, they usually look best a little larger than the average, since it is very difficult to shrink the leaves to the scale of the normal bonsai. Seedlings vary widely in form, leaf color, and flower color.
