Found a 2" x 2" cluster of tiny white eggs on the inside of a shirt that I had hanging on the line today. Any ideas what they are from?

Its a moth [in uk any way]. rub them off or rewash the shirt. In Africa they can be from the the bott fly and the eggs hatch into a maggot that burrows into the skin. ugh!
