Good evening. My sister has this plant growing in her garden and she thinks it's a cheese plant. I'm pretty sure it's not so can you please tell me what it is .

That looks like giant hogweed, Heracleum mantegazzianum, to me if it is your sister needs to stay well clear of it right now. Next year as soon as it starts to grow spray with Roundup, more than once if necessary as this is an non-native invasive. Copy and paste RHS link to info on below

Our son, as a teenager, tried to pull some up with his bare hands and they became extremely badly blistered. Vitamin E oil was the only thing that help but, in this case prevention is better than cure!

Don't let it seed! Once it has finished flowering you, or rather your sister, need to remove every last flowerhead and put into a plastic sack and dispose of in the rubbish bin - not the recycling. Remember though to take care not to let the lease touch your bare skin.

Definitely giant hogweed, Heracleum mantegazzianum, and definitely as bad as everyone says.
